What to do in case of a damaged delivery?

If the package is presented to you severely damaged, we advise you to refuse it from the carrier.

If you accepted the package and the product is damaged, you must send photos to info@worden.fr showing:

1. The damaged product.

2. The cardboard box or packaging sleeve, clearly displaying the shipping label.

Without these visual proofs, our customer service will not be able to process your claim.
