2. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&CS) govern all sales concluded between the company and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order via the website. Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&CS.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the site are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient. Worden reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation, subject to availability.

4. Availability

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stock. Displayed stock levels are updated every 10 minutes. An item may become unavailable between two updates. In the event of product unavailability after placing an order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement or a refund of the item concerned.

5. Orders

Order validation by the Customer constitutes full acceptance of these T&CS and serves as proof of the contract. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute, non-payment, or suspicion of fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made online using secure payment solutions (3D Secure). Accepted payment methods include:

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer during the order process. Shipping and delivery times are provided for information purposes only. The Customer may also choose in-store pickup (Click & Collect) subject to stock availability. Upon receipt, please inspect the condition of the package.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has 30 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, complete, and with original tags attached. To request a return, log in to "My Account", navigate to the order containing the item, and submit a request for a size exchange or refund. Customized products (drilled/mounted skis) are non-refundable. Defective products: send a photo and description by email.

9. Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned brand-new, unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by all accessories and tags. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer (unless the return is due to a defective item or a preparation error). Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 30 days following receipt or proof of return shipment.

10. Equipment Choice and Liability

The Customer is solely responsible for selecting products and ensuring their suitability for their needs. Regarding technical or specialized equipment, assembly, settings, and safety checks must be performed by qualified professionals. WORDEN cannot be held liable in the event of improper use, incompatibility, or inappropriate assembly.

11. Statutory Warranties

All products sold on our site benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Consumer Code) and the statutory warranty against hidden defects (Civil Code). Any claim for a non-compliant or defective product must be submitted to customer service within the legal timeframe.

12. Consumer Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute with customer service, the Customer has the right to use a free consumer mediation service:

13. Force Majeure

WORDEN shall not be held liable for events beyond its reasonable control (strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters).

Personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations on the worden.fr site. Data is retained in accordance with statutory requirements (10 years for accounting documents, 3 years for commercial prospecting). In accordance with GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to their data by sending an email to customer service.

15. Personal Data

Personal data collected on the site is essential for order processing, delivery management, and customer relationship management.

Legal Basis: The collection and processing of your data are based on the performance of the sales contract, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and your consent (particularly for commercial communications).

Retention Period: Your data is retained for 10 years to satisfy legal and accounting obligations, and for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact for commercial prospecting operations.

Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account directly from your personal account space by clicking the "Delete my account" button. If you no longer have access to your account space, you can submit your request:
